The next step to get more clarity on what you want to do is to have an initial site consultation. These are invaluable meetings as we get to know each other and provide you with better clarity on how your project will be delivered.

The Initial Site Consultation involves two steps;

Step 1 - The onsite meeting;

One hour site consultation where we can get into the context of your project and identify the where, what and how of building on your site
On site feedback on your design ideas
Identification of budget risk areas
Identification of areas of concern on the site
Suggestions about how you could improve the Energy Efficiency of your new home

Step 2 - The report and next steps;

Preparation of a detailed report covering the following areas;
Brief for the design of the home (which we get from asking you key questions)
Budget risk issues your site presents
Council related policies to be aware of as your design progresses or that may affect you having the design you really want
Requirements for Consultants and Referrals to Government agencies
A ballpark figure of your expected budget based on our discussions
An overview of what is included in the expected budget

Examples of prior projects, including floor plans, total cost and dot point list of what was included

The most important outcome of the meeting with us is the report that gives you a solid idea of cost for what you want, and what you could get for your budget, particularly as they are usually different.
